Account Deletion Request

To delete your account, please send a request to the administrator email below.

Steps to Request Account Deletion
  1. Send an email to the administrator email address below.
  2. Write "Account Deletion Request" in the email subject.
  3. Include the email address you used to sign up in the email body.
  4. The administrator will process your account deletion after verification.
Data to be Deleted
  • Account information (email, name, profile photo)
  • Posts and comments you wrote
  • Uploaded files and images
  • Activity logs and login history
Data to be Retained

Data required to be retained by law will be kept for the retention period.

  • Transaction records: 5 years (E-commerce Act)
  • Access logs: 3 months (Communications Privacy Protection Act)

Content Deletion Request

To delete specific posts or comments, please send a request to the administrator.

Steps to Request Content Deletion
  1. Send an email to the administrator email address below.
  2. Write "Content Deletion Request" in the email subject.
  3. Provide the URL or title of the content you want deleted.
  4. Briefly explain the reason for your deletion request.
  5. The administrator will review and decide whether to delete the content.
